We are first time buyers and were very nervous about making sure we did everything right. We looked at so many different homes during our search that we couldn't remember one from another until we walked into one of Elder Bee's homes. From the start, we had been very careful at selecting an agent, county, and area in which we would like to live based on the school district. We had seen a few Elder Bee Homes online but, not any in our area search that would be finished by our time of need for occupancy. We were attracted to Elder Bee Homes by the smart frame lines and window placing which allow for plenty of light and air flow in the home and spacious floor plans. My husband talked to the owner, Chris Bee, and was very impressed by his friendliness, character, and work ethic. We were so thrilled to actually have found an Elder Bee Home that was near completion in a nearby area search that met our search criteria. We loved it at first walk through and knew that it would be the home for us. The house we chose was about 5 minutes away from our original area search but well worth the extra commute time. One of only three in a newly developed neighborhood, and we must say that the Elder Bee Homes are the crowning glory to this addition. As we entered the home, expecting to see lots of dust and construction debris, we were amazed at how incredibly immaculate the house was 2 months prior to completion. The house was nicely fitted with attractive fixtures and colors that were well coordinated. There were so many touches here and there that added an extra dash of class I wouldn't know where to begin. We would have considered it in "move-in" condition with the exception that the doors still needed to be hung. The two supervisors we met, Paul and Larry, were also very professional, experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Since this was our first time considering a newly constructed home we had many questions. Paul and Larry were exceptional and thorough in answering every one. Apart from some very minor cosmetic fixes, our home has been operating beautifully for us these past six months. We have had friends and family tell us that this is one of the best constructed homes that they have ever seen. These words mean a lot to us, especially since one of the people who said them has been in the construction business for over 30 years, and sever others have bought and sold many homes. We believe that we made an excellent choice with Elder Bee Homes and would not hesitate to have them build our next home if and when we choose to upgrade from this home." - Franc & Angela
