The Bee Family, Chris, Lori, Jacob, & Hannah

Elder Bee Homes is a product of three generations of building heritage. Chris' grandfather and great-uncles were the Elder Brothers, which began building houses and farm structures in North Carolina, and then in West Virginia in the 1940's. Upon moving to Charlotte in the late 1990's, Chris Bee, President of Elder Bee Homes, studied the new era of home construction under his uncle, who has been involved in construction in Charlotte for many years. This combination of time tested lessons and today's modern strategies, come together to form the solid foundation of Elder Bee Homes. 

Chris' wife Lori, then obtained her Real Estate License, as well as her Broker's License in early 2000. She has worked for both National (Coldwell Banker) and prestigious local (Helen Adams Realty) real estate firms, before beginning her own company, Bee Realty, in August 2003. She has won prestigious awards such as Top Salesperson of the Month, and Firm Cyber Leader, and is a proven customer service advocate, especially in New Construction. Lori is also a designated Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), an e-PRO (certified Internet Professional), and most recently, a Certified New Home Sales Representative (CSP).

Jacob and Hannah round out the family. They are our "certified sand pile diggers," and personally test each home for family friendliness! They are often on site with us and are quite involved, as we design each home with them in mind.... We are constantly "tweaking" and "improving" our homes according to their standards.

Elder Bee Homes is a proud member of both the Home Builder's Association of Charlotte , and the National Home Builder's Association, as well as a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau. Bee Realty is a member of the Sales & Marketing Council of the HBA of Charlotte, Charlotte Regional Realtors(r) Association, National Association of Realtors(r), and the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service.
