Simplify: As a family builder, providing unsurpassed customer satisfaction, we will walk you through each step in the home buying process.
Customer Service: We take the work and worry out of new home construction. Our qualified representatives will answer all of your questions, selections, inspections, and appointments.
Participation: During construction, each home owner can view their home being built. Your liaison can schedule site visits to see your new home in progress.
Portfolio: You will receive a detailed portfolio including warranties, mechanical contractor information, maintenance information, and a color selection sheet detailing all of your color selections, interior, and exterior.
Walk-Through: We will conduct a full orientation walk-through prior to closing.
After Closing...- 90 day follow-up after closing
- 1 year warranty follow-up inspection
